We had a fantastic experience at Quality Suites. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even providing us with directions and recommendations for our day trip to Tijuana. The comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. I highly recommend Quality Suites for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I liked the hotel cleanliness and friendly staff. Also the rooms were pretty much sound proof. I like that there was a working refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room. The room I stayed in was a king size suite, so it had a sitting area, desk, with free internet. That's always a plus. They also had full breakfast, a jacuzzi and a pool.

I really did not like the location. The hotel was about 14 miles away from the Otay shopping area. Also the were a lot of truckers in the area. Usually that's not a good thing. A lot of traffic all night. One negative thing about the room was the decor. It could use some upgrading as far as the tv.

The room here has a lovely decor, is spacious, comes with internet, and has a comfortable queen bed, the location is fantastic.

The beds were really comfortable and the room had a flat-screen TV with cable, climate control, and a microwave; the free breakfast had a variety of food options and was especially enjoyable.

Got an early check-in and the service was generally great here.

The rooms were great and the hotel manager/owner had the best customer service. Very attentive to our needs and eager to make our trip comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was exeptional. Very friendly. The breakfast was not bad, offering waffles, eggs, pastries, etc. The room was very clean and good value for what you got. Micro and fridge in rooms.

Don't be fooled by the term "suite". Most rooms just have a small partition between the bedroom and sitting area with a pull out sofa. We stayed in the room with a king bed. A little on the small side I would recommend a room with 2 beds gives you more room. Also the location is right across the boarder and not much around. Did feel safe.

The place looked run down old the location was awful last exit right by the Mexico border secluded only gas stations and truckers around the hotel the worst part I came home with bed bug bites gross never again staying there
